A big box minimal coffee shop meets hookah lounge meets artist residency meets AI generator hangout. Berlin Mo, Amman Jordan limestone, Tokyo kissaten precision, New York Afro House + drill.

Upstairs is heaven — James Turrell / Kanye DONDA clean, 10'+ ceilings, entire ceiling is thin LED panels: morning sky by day, Blade Runner 2049 streaks by night.
Downstairs is hell — grunge perfect, former massage parlor with bath, converted to vocal booth + DJ deck + archive wall.

No laptops. Only Meta glasses displays, battery packs, iPhones. Gusto era all day.

91 Canal is NOT on the corner. Mid-block between E-Bike (91 Canal E Bike Wholesale) and D.SALAM African Halal Food Bar (89 Canal). Fire escape above stays.

Exterior day — **OUTSIDE DAY — LES SUNDAY VIBES**Clean Berlin concrete, red window frames kept as accent, minimal white NMM signage, JBL orange horns glowing through glass.

Exterior night — **OUTSIDE NIGHT — FASHION WEEK QUEUE**Fashion week line by yellow taxi, flash photo, people waiting to get into listening session. Mid-block placement corrected.

02 — Upstairs / Ground Floor — 25×50 × 10'+ — LED Ceiling

Upstairs day Turrell — **UPSTAIRS DAY — TURRELL MORNING SKY**Entire ceiling is LED video panels playing morning sky. 25' wide × 50' deep perspective, 10'+ ceilings, JBL 4638th + 2360 horns at far wall, hinoki coffee bar, black leather benches, people in Meta Ray-Ban glasses + iPhones + battery packs. No laptops.

Upstairs night Blade Runner — **UPSTAIRS NIGHT — BLADE RUNNER 2049 STREAKS**LED ceiling flips to crazy streaks, neon trails. Wine + baby hookahs, Turrell glow, Kanye minimal temple. Booking magnet.

03 — Downstairs / Cellar — Hell — Grunge Perfect — Festival Archive Wall

Downstairs day — **DOWNSTAIRS DAY — STUDIO**Former massage parlor, bath retained, vocal booth 6×8, DJ deck/production 10×10, archive poster wall: Rufus Du Sol MSG, Travis Scott Circus Maximus, Weeknd After Hours, Winners Circle Sheff G, Hangout Fest, NMM outside.

Downstairs night — **DOWNSTAIRS NIGHT — HELL LOUNGE**Red string lights, hookah lounge, hell lounge flex 12×12, grunge seating, neon NMM. Host with the most at decks.

Ground: 1,250 gross, ~1,100 usable. Stair to cellar only. Cellar: former massage parlor, has bathroom, convert to studio. LED ceiling note.
